How do I change my address?

Please send your updated shipping address to [email protected]. If your order is processing and the address needs to be updated we will need to cancel the order and you can place the order again. If the item has already shipped we are unfortunately unable to make any changes. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Many of our suppliers are now shipping directly to many countries.

When will my International order arrive?

Daily Baby Deals does things a little differently to your average retailer – which means sometimes our delivery can take a little longer than average. We make bulk orders with our suppliers when each event ends. Our partners then package up your order and send it directly to you. Once your order is placed, you can always check your order’s status under My Orders.

What does the ‘Estimated Ship Date’ below each product mean?

The ‘Estimated Ship Date’ is the day we expect the product to be shipped to you. Once the product is shipped it will take 5-7 business days to arrive at your door.


How Do I contact a Daily Baby Deals Seller

To contact a Daily Baby DealsSeller regarding an issue with your order you will want to follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Daily Baby Deals account

2. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner 

3. Click on “order history” from the drop down selection

4. Find the order you are referring and you will find the sellers email address in the details. 

If you have any trouble finding contact information for a seller, please email [email protected] and they can assist you.

Can I Exchange My Order?

Exchanges are possible however we are unable to promise an exchange is an option on our site as most of our sellers will sell out of inventory quickly. To start an exchange you can email [email protected] or reach out to the seller directly to see if there is availability for an exchange. Please make sure to contact Daily Baby Deals Customer Support or the seller within 14 days of receiving your order to start the process. 

How Do I Cancel My Order?

You may cancel your order from your account as long as a shipping label has not yet been created and uploaded to our system. To cancel your order please follow the steps below: 

1. Log into your Daily Baby Deals account

2. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner

3. Click on “order history” 

4. If the shipping label has not been created you will see the option to cancel order. If a shipping label has been created you will not be able to cancel your order.

How Do I Return My Order?

To arrange for a return please contact us at [email protected] for return instructions. Please provide your name, order number, and the reason for the return in your email. You can locate all order information from your account here.

You have 14 days from when you receive your order to start the return process and items must be returned within 21 calendar days from when you receive your order for a return to be accepted. Please return your order in the original packaging and include your name, order number, and the reason for the return. Please also be sure to indicate that your order was placed on Jane so that we can ensure that your refund will be issued promptly. After the seller has received your return they will contact Jane Customer Support directly to initiate your refund for the item(s) only. 

Shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect. For a list of items that are unable to be returned please refer to our non-returnable list.
